SF Beer Week | February 1 – 10

In celebration of SF Beer Week, we’re hosting a tap takeover with our friends at Barebottle Brewing Co. From February 1st to 10th (or until the kegs kick), we’ll feature four very special brews – created just for us by brewmasters Lester Koga, Michael Seitz, and Ben Sterling – plus delicious food pairings to accompany.

PD Kölschlager – Inspired by Goldschlager, this is a combo of a Kölsch and Lager…with a twist: edible sparkle in the beer! It’s crisp and clean with light, sweet, oyster cracker-like character and floral and spicy notes

Pairing: Tomales Bay Mussels en Scapece

Bay Spritz IPA – Inspired by the classic Aperol Spritz, this Hazy IPA is dosed with blood orange juice, mimicking that Venetian favorite in beer form.

Pairing: Coal-roasted Bone Marrow | spicy radish salad, grilled pizza bianca
