La Colombera Winemaker Dinner | March 14

Piemonte is largely known for iconic Nebbiolo from Barolo, Barbaresco, and Alta Langa. In the lesser-known Alessandria province La Colombera calls home, Timorasso and Croatina are the native grapes.

Elisa – owner, winemaker, and all-around beautiful human being – embraces this local terroir, where the soil’s rich in clay, chalk, and sand, to create soulful, delicious, and multi-dimensional wines like the mineral-driven Timorasso and unique Croatina we’ll be drinking on March 14th.
