Anna Dente is internationally recognized as the “Queen of Roman Cooking” – and holds a very special place in our hearts as Sora Anna. Chef Eli Franco and Chef Anthony Strong spent time in her kitchen at Osteria di San Cesario, learning the ins and outs of Roman cuisine.
She opened Osteria di San Cesario in 1995 to preserve traditional dishes from her hometown, San Cesareo, in Rome. The restaurant is now world renowned.
